上勝町に住むリンダとカナという二人の女性が阿波晩茶の作り方を教わっていた時に、農家の高齢化が進む一方で後継者が育たない現実を知り、少しでも伝統を守る手伝いをしたいと思いました。

【上勝阿波晩茶】

保存方法：1～10℃で保存。直射日光や湿気を避け、常温で保存してください。

お召し上がり方：急須に茶葉3gと熱湯350mlを入れる。5分蒸らし、茶葉を取り出す。この茶葉は、2回目、3回目のポットに再利用できます
※冷やしたい場合は、冷ましてから冷蔵庫の中に入れてください。

このラベルをカットして、また再利用してください。


【Kamikatsu Awa Bancha Tea】
Hand-picked, natural Kamikatsu awa bancha, served in loose leaf.
Each leaf is individually sun-dried for maximum flavour.
Naturally grown, traditionally fermented.

To serve:
Place 3g of tea in a teapot with 350ml of boiling water. Steep for at least 5 minutes and remove the tea bag.
You can reuse the tea bag to make a second, or third pot!
If desired cold, let cool, then place inside the refrigerator.

Directions for storing tea: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and
humidity.
